Racing History: Hairston Motorsports and Racing (HMR) began in 2002 with the goal of fielding a championship winning pro street entry. The team made their debut in a NRC built 1972 Camaro that same year. Beginning in late 2007 HMR switched to a brand new Jerry Bickel built Pontiac GTO and will continue on into the 2008 season with this entry.
